Firstly, a massive thank you for your support this year, it has helped in many ways and allowed me to achieve my goals in athletics.
My athletics season finished on a massive high, winning my first gold at England Championship in shot put while also breaking the 18m mark with a throw of 18.27, which has also extended my own U17/U18 Welsh shot put record.
Earlier on this season earned my second Welsh vest to throw at the Ron Pickering Memorial Competition in Loughborough.
Winter training will now take over after a well earned break. I have a new throws coach, Adele Nicoll, she is currently throwing shot for Wales at the Commonwealth Games and is a Winter Olympic bobsleigh athlete. Alan is my new Strength and Conditioning coach and I have the same sprint coach. I have some very exciting goals as I move into indoor and next year’s outdoor season.
