Still only 18 years old and currently in the middle of his A levels at Hartpury College, Elliott has been quite busy with regattas lately.Three weeks ago he competed at BUCS Regatta, Nottingham. He raced in the championship single scull and came away with the bronze medal, he was the youngest ever medalist in the championship event.Last weekend he was at National Schools Regatta, again competing in the championship single scull, he came away with the gold medal and course record which was set in 2007.Elliott was asked to trial for GB u23’s this season, at the first trial he came in 2nd, the 2nd trial he came in 4th, all different distances. He was asked back to race with seniors and U23’s at Caversham beginning of May and is waiting to find out if he is going to be selected for GB U23’s at the World Championships in Canada in August. He will then be going off to Stanford University, California to study in September.A very successful year to date and hopefully more to come
"Good luck in 2024 Elliott"
