"We would like to take this opportunity to thank SportsAid Cymru Wales for awarding Jay with a grant.
The grant has been a great help towards Jay's entry fees to the Welsh Snooker tournaments which he finished top 4, qualifying to represent Wales in U16s Snooker at the Celtic challenge. Jay will proudly captain his age group through the event.
Please see attached some photos of Jay, one of which is from Bosnia where he played in the U16s European Snooker Championship, another is Jay competing in Welsh Snooker and one of him qualifying for his refereeing, as Jay is also now a qualified referee.
While at Welsh competitions Jay not only competes but gives his time to the sport he loves most by refereeing. Jay wants to give something back to the sport he is so passionate about.
