At our recent SportsAId Lunch, Vice President Alan Hughes donated a cheque for £5000 raised by the North Wales Golf Society.
As always, we would like to say a big thank you to all those who support and help money for this great cause. The North Wales Committee Award for 2025 went to 2 North Wales Sailors. Jac Bailey & Ben Sinfield. The sailors attended the Youth Sailing Championships in Portugal in December. Whilst they didn't win, the experience of being part of the GB team was amazing.
The great news is that one of our other Grant supported Sailors, Merle Nieuwland this time from Cardiff won gold with her partner Sabine Potter. A fantastic result well done by both.
