Toby's first race of the season as Nantwich 10k which he placed 3rd!
It was Toby's first ever 10k and he absolutely smashed it. He was very nervous going in to this race and that is something we are working on by entering different events and competitions so he gets a feel for each event.
Toby is currently in Portugal on the Welsh NDP camp. He has had an amazing time and learned so much. He fly's back tomorrow and then straight in to London Mini Marathon!"
